Laura Hauley: I could really use the 2 Person Deluxe kit!
Kelli Tandy- In January, we were evacuated from our home because of a nearby refinery explosion. Even though we knew everything was pretty much under control, we decided to treat it like an urgent scenerio to teach our kids. We had them load up some of their favorite things in their back packs we put together. It would have been nice to have those 72 hour kits all ready to go, you just never know when you might need them!
Lenae Rowley- I haven't been involved in anything real scary, but I did live through many earthquakes growing up in California.
Jennifer Thomas: A few years ago, when we lived in California, there were some major storms in our area that stuck around for a couple weeks, causing the rivers to dramatically rise (from creeklike to raging rapids!). We lived in a community right up against one of the rivers and watched as the river came closer and closer to overflowing the banks. Just in case, we packed our car full of things we couldn't replace if we had to evacuate last minute and kept watch on the river. The storms suddenly subsided and the river stop rising when it was inches on overflowing into our little neighborhood. Others weren't so lucky and to the South and North of us the river had overflowed, blocking our way to any stores. We were grateful to have enough food on hand to get us through the few days we were stuck at home.
Kelsey Kim-Definmitely need 72 hour kits, especially since my husband and I ate all the snacks out of ours one Sunday afternoon when we didn't have any good snacks in the house.
JoAnna Moss
JoAnna Moss- 72 hour kit for my husband and me!
Laura Hauley- We were driving from Washington to Utah and got stuck in Montana in between 4 closed passes. Luckily we found a motel to stay at for the night while the storm passed over.
Jacoy Newren: I could really use 2 children and 2 adult 72 hour kits.
Brittany Hughes - I would LOVE to have 3 72 hour kits for all of our family!
Sara Chase
Janel Case
Tegan Mauldin: I've always wanted one of those filtration bottles!
Angie Clark
The only emergency situation my family and I were in, was back in 1998 when our river flooded. The roads were gone, we had no way out, no telephone & no electricity. It was really scary thinking you could not go any where, unless it was by foot.

Visited
"sayitonthewall"
"Inspire your walls"
both because I want to do some cute vinyl on my daughter's walls,
and visited "Ultimitate 72 hour kits"
Janel Case - Our most recent "emergency" wasn't actually an emergency but our ward did an emergency drill and we went without power (except fridge and A/c -- it's too hot in Phoenix) for 4 days!! It was really neat trying to figure that all out with cooking and no lights/tv/computer!
Emma Neff : Driving through the Canyon during the winter. The car in front of us hit black ice, spun, and then slammed into the divider, rolling into the other lane of traffic. We had to get out and call 911 and help the passengers get out of their upside down car. One was a baby in a carseat. It was snowing outside so it was freezing. We had the mother and her baby get into our car where it was warm as we waited for emergency crews to arrive. Good thing I had a small emergency kit in my car and gloves because the mother was bleeding from minor cuts.
sandy du tiny chic, bummis, snuggi luv, beads and bangles
JoAnna Moss- my husband and I were camping in Idaho and he got cut really badly. I was so glad that someone had a first aid kit there, or else we would have been in trouble.
sandy du everyone could use a water filtration bottle but the kids 72 kits are a great need too
Christine Hallberg: I need the 72 hour kits
Bridget Jensen
rosanna hamblin
Kelsey Kim-
Living in San Diego, and in a little more rural part, we have been evacuated during both recent firestorms that happened...and we were scrambling to pack up valuables to head to somewhere safe. Our 72 hour kits made it all that much easier to feel secure in knowing we have the basic necessities if we needed them.
I need a 72 hour kit for my husband and myself!
tyra holbrook
I want this bad
Shantel Peterson
sandy du yes we have been in some whoppers like power out for a week but husband and one child got sick when we were on a cruise down south and got rerouted to a safe place till Hurricane Katrina slid on by- extra days on board, bad weather and being sick did not help
Melissa Davis
Shantel Peterson: I visited Milan Maternity
Pick me! Pick me!!
Dani Grudzinski
Allison Bradshaw
Shantel Peterson: I would love a 72 hour kit for each member of my family
Shantel Peterson: I have never been in a true emergency, but hope to be prepared for one if I ever am.
Jacoy Newren: I visited BishopBuild unique Home Decor and Sayitonthewall.com (to get new ideas for my home) and Milan Maternity (to help plan for the future, but the site was broken :( )
Melina Maughan: Haven't had a real emergency, but my stake put on a "Mock Disaster" for 3 days, each day telling us what just went out or was unavailable. Our house was SO hot we ended up sleeping downstairs, and the toilet...well, let's just say we need a lot more "dirty" water for that. Oh yea, ice cold showers are not ideal.
Melissa Davis: We have no kind of 72 hr kits at all, so anything would be helpful really. Although, I do love to have first aid stuff around!
Shanda Nuila: We could really use the rechargeable flashlight. We don't have a flashlight.
Shanda Nuila: I was in a very big earthquake in California. I ran to a door way.
Kim Jones- I'd really like to try the 16 hour body warmers
Jacoy Newren: I've been fortunate to not have to be involved in any natural disaster-type emergencies, but I have been a part of several medical emergencies. Recently, I ran a code on a patient. It's definitely a scary thing to have to witness and to have to be calm enough to think through each step that needs to be taken to give the best care possible. (I see that Ultimate 72 hour kits has first aid kits as well! I could definitely use some of those!)
Shayla Nelson
Shayla Nelson: I would love a couple of the water filtration bottles!
Kelly Spence
Stacey Fiessinger: I would need a 72 hour kit since we have nothing of the sort right now!
Sara Johnson
Deanna Underwood: I would love to have the Kids 72 Hour kit for my son.
Amber Bennett: Beads, Bangles, and Bands; Toy Box Tee; and SayItOnTheWall.com
Sara Johnson: 72 hour kits look fantastic. We could really use them.
Suzanne Brenchley: 10-Person Guardian Deluxe Office Kit (We only have 7 people in our family, but the next size down was a "5-person" and I can't decide which 2 people won't get any supplies, so I better go with the bigger one to get us covered!)
Emily Stone :)
Ralph Nielsen
Suzanne Brenchley
Kim Jones- Luckily, we haven't been in any emergency situations.
Sara Johnson: the closest emergency was when we were in a tropical storm in Grenada, West Indies. Thankfully we didn't get the hurricane.
Emily Stone- we need 72 hour kits for our whole family.
Kim Jones- I visited Milan Maternity, toy box tee, & sophie's chic boutique
Jen Moyer
Emily Stone- luckily haven't been in a serious emergency- just tornado warnings- but we want to be prepared!
Deanna Underwood: My husband and I ran out of gas on an extremely busy freeway. It was not fun! I was scared to get out of the car beacuse the shoulder seemed to be only 2 inches wide. We managed to put out a flare so people wouldn't hit us while zooming by. We stayed there for an hour while waiting for help (we were too far from any exits to walk to a gas station).
Lauren Packard: I need a 72 hour kit for everyone in my family
Nicole Morton
Danna Gray: Shelly Geller (get ideas for family pictures), Beads, Bangles, and Bands (I love their watch bands and wish I could win some), and Girlie Girl Couture (there wasn't any products to view :( hoping to get ideas for my granddaughters)
Suzanne Brenchley: Just last week when we were camping, a "hurricane" (my hubby keeps informing me it was really a "micro burst thunderstorm" w/ hurricane-like conditions) came up. Our tent collasped and flooded. We were fighting the wind & rain to save everything. We were drowned rats!
Melissa Davis: I've been to some of your sponsors sites many times. Today I went to three that I have never been too: Toy Box Tees, what a FUN idea. MILAN maternity! Makes me WANT to be pregnant. My sister is, so I'll show her the site. Maddie Morgan has super cute bows!
Lauren Packard: Once on our way up to bear lake we got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and had to unload everything. Come to find out we didn't have a jack. We had to call family to figure something out; back then there were no iphones!
Erin Guymon
eguymonrdh@yahoo.com

Michele Kingsford: I need the 72 hours kits for kids...5 of them!
Tammy Stailey
Keri Elmer: 72 hr kits for the whole family
Melissa Davis: Okay this is a funny "emergency" situation. My mil is some what nuts and heard from a lady that there was going to be a "green cloud" over the salt lake area and it was going to kill thousands of people. Well we don't really listen to her, BUT some friends of ours heard the same thing and they are people we really admire and trust. so it was this weird panic situation (even though we just knew it was total bogus).
Mirinda Losee
Carrie OVard
Carrie OVard
Honestly me family could use everything on this wesite. But I really like the childrens kits.
Shayla Nelson: I was driving through Utah at night trying to get back to college after Thanksgiving break and hit a big snowstorm. I was all alone, visibility was slim, ice was black, wiper fluid was frozen, and gas tank was low. I thought for sure I'd be stranded. But fortunately I made it to a little gas station to wait out the storm (and of course fill up my tank). Thank goodness for little tiny towns in Utah all along the highway!
Beckie Reisen- 5 person kit
I visited the sites-
Kendee Watches
INspire your walls and
Beads, Bangles, and Bands
shannon dial
Carrie Ovard- I remember being in a snow storm so bad with my mom that we could not see out the windows of the car very well. Luckily there was not very much traffic on this particular freeway at the time. We had to stick out heads out the windows so we could watch the sides of the road so that we wouldn't go off the road.
shannon dial: i need 72 hr kits for me and my roommates.
Lindsay Poulsen

Trina Haring: A hurricane in the Dominican Republic. We stocked up on food, battened down the hatches, spent a rather sleepless night, but it ended up being a rather mild storm.

I live in Southern California, and a few years ago, we were surrounded by all of the wild fires raging in our area. We were prepared to evacuate as we could see fire blazing all around us. We knew if the wind were to change direction, the fires would whip right down our street. We were fortunate, however, the wind stayed its course and we were safe. But we had many friends in our community who lost all of their personal possessions. Living here, we know that we must always be prepared. I'm glad for web sites that carry everything you need so you can purchase a pack and be ready to go.
Adelaide Willoughby - We could definitely use the ultimate 72-hour kit, but a car kit would be great too!
Cynthia Horst, lived through Hurrican Opal. We had to evacuate to the church with enough dry groceries to survive the power outage for 3 days. Survival kits would have been great.
Mari Topham: Bangles and beads, GirlieCoture: no products available now, but I love to check out their new products!=. LOVE Milan Maternity, best maternity clothes ever!

While on a drive up Logan Canyon we saw a SUV in the river and several men trying to help the man and woman out of the vechicle and then out of the river.
It was spring and the river was very cold.
When the men got the woman out of the river, I did my best to bandage her cuts and cover her with a blanket, with donations of several people that had stopped to help.
I had just finished my CERT training and it came in so helpful.
We took a video of the vechicle in the river rocking back and forth and e-mailed it to them.
God was looking over them that day!
Melina Moore-my family when I was younger got stuck up on the mountain overnight with not enough food or water (my mom sure is a patient soul with my dad)

We shut of the house with sheets and stayed in the room with the fireplace to keep warm!
LeAnne Naillon: Each person in our family could use a 72 hour kit.
