GIVEAWAY #2 for November 9th...(CLOSED)

Kayte Bug Boutique is Giving Away
a $25.00 Gift Certificate and a $15.00 Gift Certificate

Kayte Bug Boutique has a wide variety of things for little girls such as hairbows:

flower clips and headbands:

diaper and wipes sets:
and my personal favorite, hair bow holders (Kayte Bug Boutique sent me one of these and I love it!) It is so cute and functional. Now I can find all of my girls' hair clips in one convenient location:

Kayte Bug Boutique also has a section just for boys where you can find pacifier holders, bibs, and diaper and wipes sets:

There are also items just for mommy such as hats (like the one in the first image) and interchangeable watch bands. Kayte Bug Boutique does E-parties, which are online parties. You can find all of the informatoin about their E-parties here.

DISCOUNT: Kayte Bug Boutique is offering 15% off for Give Away Today guests. Enter "gat15" in the discount coupon code. This expires Nov. 25th.

Today Kayte Bug Boutique would like to give away two gift vouchers. One for $25 and the other for $15. This giveaway is open to everyone who visits Give Away today, regardless of where you reside. Each person can enter to win up to FOUR times.

For one entry, leave your first and last name in a comment.
Example: Jane Doe

For a second entry, please visit Kayte Bug Boutique here. Look at all of their great products and then return to Give Away Today and in a NEW comment tell us your first and last name and something you would like from Kayte Bug Boutique.
Example: Jane Doe: I could use a cute new hat. Therefore, I would like the Black Distressed Hat found here--and it's only $12.00!!

For a third entry, in a NEW comment tell us your first and last name and a good idea for moms. Whether it's something you do, or something your own mom did, or something a mom you know does, we want to hear about it.
Example: Jane Doe: Okay I'm so excited about the new little trays I bought in which I serve my little ones' lunches. They are those red and white trays in which vendors serve fries, nachos, or popcorn. They are the perfect size (even for my lunch), they have little sides (which prevents spills), the kids think they are so much fun (and so do their friends when they eat over), and you can toss them in the recycle bin when you're done (I'm all about an easy clean-up). You can find them at Costco or Orson Gygi.
P.S. I got this idea from my friend Katie (gotta give credit where credit is due)

For a fourth entry, follow Kayte Bug Boutique's blog here. Once you have done this, return to Give Away Today and in a NEW comment tell us your first and last name and "Follow".
Example: Jane Doe: Follow

The winner of the gift card from Kayte Bug Boutique will be announced tomorrow Tuesday, November 10th. Please visit us then to see if you are our winner and to discover our new giveaway for the day. Thanks!

Jennifer Pollan - The best thing I came up with (not originally, I see the idea everywhere now) is wet wipe containers. Once empty I put my plastic grocery sacks in them, then when I need one, I just pull one out of the top. So easy and keeps them compact and confined to one spot.

Jeanine Crane; I got tired of looking for my boys' shoes so one day we covered a large box in brown packing paper and found pictures of shoes from magazines to glue all over it. We put the box in the boys closet and now they know where to put their shoes and I don't have to search the whole house when we're walking out the door!

I really want my kids to enjoy food and enjoy preparing it just like we do. As they get a little older I plan to get them involved in the menu planning by letting them choose what we eat on certain days. There are also rules already about trying everything on their plate. And of course, the meals they plan will have to be well rounded and they will get to help prepare them.

Emily Price- I am keeping a journal for my kids. I write down love notes, funny things they say or do, how big they are at their well checks, and things that we have been doing as a family. I think they will really like it when they are older.

Adam and Sarah said...

when my kids are babies I take pictures of them every month on their monthly "birthdays" with a little card or paper in the pics saying their monthly age. Then you look at how much they changed from each month. I do this up until they are about 18 months old. And then every two months until they are 2. My sis in law gave me this idea and I'm so glad she did! It's so fun looking at how much tthey changed in such short perios of time.

Try themes like a flower garden or a gaggle of geese. You might even make it a project you and your daughter can do together. With the holidays coming up it could be turkeys or reindeer with tiny jingle bells. The idea is to have fun.
