Quick story--last year we took my son to a Jazz game and my son's hand was resting on a piece of metal. He didn't realize that it was a part of the chair next to him. A rather large guy came and sat down on the chair and it totally smashed my son's hand. Big tears started rolling down his cheeks. The guy apologized and we told him it was okay, it wasn't his fault. He stood up and left. A few seconds later he returned with a brand new Okur jersey and gave it to my son. What a nice man--it made my son's night (and we could rarely get him to take off the jersey thereafter)!
