Four Amazing Items from Flowers, Pins, and More
Nothing says, “Hey, today is your birthday. It is your special day. We, your family, remember. And we want you to know that we remember. And everyone who enters our abode today will know it’s your b-day. And they will make you feel special too.” Nothing says that whole paragraph in two simple words like a "Happy Birthday" Bunting Banner from Flowers, Pins, and More, who just so happens to be our featured company today.
I own one of these lovely banners and I think it is so much fun. It is something I can pull out for years to come each time someone in my family is having a birthday, party, or other type of celebration. You can order one side of the banner to say "Happy Birthday" and then custom order the other side to say whatever you would like, such as "Special Day".
But remember, the name of the company is Flowers, Pins, and More. Why? Because they sell Flowers, Pins, and More, of course. So I thought I would show you all of these items as well, because they are quite lovely, a perfect gift for you or someone you know. So while you are visiting their site today, go ahead and purchase a few items, you'll be glad you did.

Example: Jane Doe: When our oldest child was eleven months old my husband and I thought it would be fun to go to Yellowstone as a family. Here's the miserable highlights, or if you prefer, lowlights: we watched the bear movie they show just before going to bed, I was lying in the tent frightened to death when an enormous lightening, rain, and thunderstorm started, so at 1:30 am--I kid you not, 1:30 am, my husband packed up the tent in the rain and we drove home. We referred to it as "Hell"owstone for years thereafter.

ReplyDeleteRhonda Miller: Bad vacation? None immedidately comes to mind, but seemingly all have been riddled with lice, the flu (or motion sickness), bad weather, bad food, disabled vehicles, fighting children, and so on. ReplyDeleteSummer Andrus - I love the Happy Birthday/Special Day banners, and I also think the stuffed chicken is super cute!
ReplyDeleteShanna Coleman: Material Flower pin 3
ReplyDeleteEMilee Reynolds
ReplyDeleteSummer Andrus - My husband and I decided to go camping the summer after we got married with all of the new camping gear we had received. We had a good time camping, but there were gnats EVERYWHERE. My face was a magnet and I looked like I had the chicken pox. I had to wear my hair down and close to my face for weeks while I waited for them to go away! Gross!
ReplyDeleteEmilee Reynolds, pink, brown and turquoise flower
ReplyDeleteKelley Howe
ReplyDeleteKelley Howe: Stuffed Chicken
ReplyDeleteShanna Coleman: Last year we went to Vegas for two nights with our kids. The first night we went to a Buffet and the minute we got there my 2 year old threw up all over herself and the table. So I took her through the casino and upstairs to the restroom and cleaned her off then went back down to the restaurant, where she again threw up this time all over me. We left and I had to walk 5-6 blocks back to our hotel covered in throw up. That night we had several more incidents in the privacy of our hotel room. While on this trip my husband had a horrible headache which lasted the whole trip and we went to a horribly overpriced aquarium at Mandalay Bay.

ReplyDeleteStacey Fiessinger: went to gatlinberg with husband's family and went tubing on this river...it was really neat and glad we did it, BUT we didn't know what to do with our keys so my husband put them in his swimsuit (that was dumb now that I think about it getting wet and all) and when we were done tubing they were gone! How were we going to get back to Ohio you ask? Well it was so amazing, but a girl found our keys in the river and the automatic door opener (for our HOnda van) even worked! We were so lucky!

ReplyDeletetiffany schauerhamer: Unfortunalely my worst vaca was on my honeymoon! We decided to go to yellowstone, and we were just going to drive from orem to slc on our wedding night and get a room somewhere. Well there seriously was like a Star Trek convention and we couldn't get a room anywhere from Orem to tremonton. Finally I gave up at 3 am. I was driving whil my new hubby slep. Wonderful right! So we ended up sleeping in our car in a hotel parking lot on out wedding night. We drove the next morning to our hotel in yellowstone, got settled and went out to SEE yellowstone. We were about 5 minutes out and the car broke down. We were without a car, the entire time in yellowstone. Who knew water pumps were so expensive?! It took all our wedding money to fix it, and I stiil haven;t seen yellowstone! Maybe one day :-)

ReplyDeleteCorona Ngatuvai
ReplyDeleteCorona Ngatuvai, I like the little minky blanket
ReplyDeleteMegan Rinke: On the way to a family reunion when I was a kid, my mom was having major stomach pain. So we stopped at a hotel so she could go to a doctor. Turns out she needed an emergency appendectomy! I'm sure it was miserable for her, especially since we were in tiny Beaver, UT. But we (the kids) loved staying at the hotel watching TV and eating cereal!
ReplyDeleteTara Rogers
ReplyDeleteEmily Erspamer: Stuffed Chicken
ReplyDeleteKate Burton
ReplyDeleteKate Burton: Stuffed Chicken

ReplyDeleteKate Burton: I dont know that I have had a bad vacation but in April my husband, my 10 month old son and I went to a convention in LA which my husband hated because he was stuck in a hotel room with a baby while I was in training all day, then we went to San Diego to visit my aunt which was fun but really HOT about 100 degrees a few of the days then it was off to Disneyland which was fun but by that time we were so tired we did not enjoy it as much as we should have. It was a pretty good vacation but way to long.
ReplyDeleteKellie Moss: those cute crocheted head bands and all of the flower clips!
ReplyDeleteTara Rogers: Went to a girls camp that had some serious problems:
ReplyDelete1. Snake Infested-they were everywhere
2. Camp food was interesting-try mixing together about 5 different kinds of canned soup!

We ended up traveling for 14 hours the first day and as we got into the airport to get our baggage, my son tried crawling onto the escalator that was going down and sliced his finger on it causing us to go to the ER after 14 hours of traveling. ReplyDeleteLori Achenbach - a van trip through the Ozarks while being a nanny for 3 kids under 6. Need I say more?
ReplyDeleteAshley Alder: My worst vacation ever was driving in a huge town car from Dallas, TX to Baltimore, MD!!! Who in the world decided that that was a good idea for 5 people to drive that long (2 days)... I was like 8 or 9 years old and was designated to sleep in the little spot where you put your feet in the back seat! I also got really car sick...Not the funnest trip I ever went on!
ReplyDeleteBrittany Hansen: Lovin' the passion fruit flower clip. So fun!
ReplyDeleteJenny Garrard: Lake Powell, as a pre-teen: No time to set up tent, bats all but landing on my head as we "sleep under the stars." Dad snores so loud it echoes all through the box canyon we're camping in and irate STRANGERS come up to our group the next day to complain about the noise. But we can laugh about it now, right? RIGHT?!
ReplyDeleteTamara Payne: We took our oldest child to Disneyland for the first time when he was a year old. He ended up having the flu plus a double ear infection. We stayed at a Disneyland Hotel and had to call Disney 9-1-1 because he couldn't breathe. They had a special doctor come to our room.

ReplyDeleteRebecca Ostler
ReplyDeleteBecky Packer: Spring table runner
ReplyDeleteBrittany Hansen: On our way back from the Phillipines, I was five months pregnant and we'd just gotten back into the states after a 14 hour international flight and our flight from Seattle home got put off. I was sick, tired, pregnant, in dirty slept in clothes, and I just had to sit in the airport and wait with my husband. It was awful.
