Deborah Andreasen: My husband's grandma died last year, she was 92. I was so sad because she'd made all of the great-grandkids a quilt, and my husband and I aren't able to get pregnant. I knew we'd never have a great-grandma baby blanket and it broke my heart. My grandpa pulled my husband and I aside a few months ago and handed us a big bag. Inside was a baby quilt. Grandma had made it before she died in hopes that we'd get to use it. Words cannot describe. I pray that I will get to use it.
