A birthday idea that I love for little girls is to have a fancy tea party!! all of the friends and the mom dress to the nines, hats gloves - the works! Thre should be lots of tea pots and different kinds of tea to try. Also lots of snacks! Kindof "alice in wonderland" but a tad more grown up!

Heather King: I just attended my older brothers surprise birthday party. It was a pool/water party. We played kickball. Each base was a small kiddie pool & you had to either stand, kneel or sit depending on the base. Then home was a slip in slide. It was such a blast!! :)

Bobbi-Jo High: We threw a Very Hungry Caterpillar party for my son's 2nd birthday! It was fun to create caterpillars out of construction paper rings and I also taped ballons together to create the caterpillar. My husband made a Hungry Caterpillar cake that got marvelous reviews...it looks just like the caterpillar! It was SO much fun to put together!
