When I opened my package from Hand Picked Daisy and unveiled my precious journal, I was delighted. It was even more charming than it looked in the images I had seen on my computer. A journal from Hand Picked Daisy will please most anyone--they make such unique and exquisite gifts. You can even have the person's name printed on the back. Who doesn't love a gift made just for them?
However, journals are not the only little lovelies you can find at Hand Picked Daisy. They also offer:
Scripture Totes:
Magnets:
And Visiting Teaching Kits:

You can sign up to receive a Visiting Teaching Kit each month of the year and at the beginning of the month, wa-la, the cutest Visiting Teaching Kit will arrive for you to give to those you visit. Above is July's. It comes with a message, a story, a pioneer toy, and a recipe (how fun!)

For second entry, visit Hand Picked Daisy's site here. Then return to Give Away Today and in a NEW comment, tell us what you would use your $20.00 gift certificate if you are one of our lucky winners.
Example: Jane Doe: I would use the gift certificate to buy more journals. There are still plenty of people to whom I would love to give a journal.
For a third entry, about twelve years ago my mom gave me a daily perpetual calendar entitled "Five Things to Be Happy about Today...". Each day I would pull off a page and the calendar would list five things. This little calendar inspired me to begin writing down my own list of five things each night that had made me happy that day. Sometimes I list five words; other times I write five sentences (by the way, I write them in my cute journal from Hand Picked Daisy :). This has proven to be a quick and easy way to journal. And I swear I can go back and read a list and I will remember the events of that entire day. It is also a great way to reflect on what truly makes me happy in life. Therefore, for a third entry, in a NEW comment, tell us your first and last name and up to five things you are happy about today.
Example: Jane Doe: 1. Going for a run this morning. Up to three miles, baby!
2. Finally hanging up our homemade bird house in the yard.
3. My husband being really nice about my funky new hairdo.
4. Taking the kids to the park for a picnic with my best childhood friend (that's a shout-out to you, Barns).
5. Being able to spend time with my family and my husband's family this past weekend.
The winner of the gift certificates from Hand Picked Daisy will be announced Tuesday, July 7th. Please visit us then to see if you are our winner and to discover our new giveaway for the day. Thanks and have a great day!
