Today, October 1st, we are Giving Away... (CLOSED)

A 2-Person Deluxe Guardian 72 Hour Kit and a Dynamo Lantern

Earlier this week a multitude-8.0 earthquake caused a tsunami in Samoa. And then yesterday a multitude-7.6 earthquake hit Indonesia. Unfortunately, calamities of this type occur often. And it is up to you to make sure you and your family are prepared in case of any type of emergency.

This is why we are so pleased to feature Ultimate 72 Hour Kits once again.

The owners of Ultimate 72 Hour Kits (a husband and wife team) started their business when they were thinking of ways to better prepare their family. They were so concerned with the down turn in the economy and with the many natural disasters occurring worldwide, that they knew this was one purchase that would be an investment they would never regret making. Since they had that security and peace of mind brought into their home, they decided they wanted to give other families that same feeling. This is how ultimate72hourkits.com all started!

Ultimate 72 Hour Kits offers products of high-quality and durability, but yet they are still very affordable. With families in mind, they have kits designed to fit 1,2,3,5, and 10 person needs as well as separate children 72 hour kits and pet aids.
Ultimate 72 Hour Kits also offers outstanding tools and accessories that no family should be without. Whether you are going camping, snowmobiling, or just driving to grandma’s house, you should always have a kit with you. You can’t predict when you’ll need it, but you’ll sure be glad to have it when you do. In fact, I have one kit in my car at all times. It has been a life-saver when I suddenly need a Band-Aid, water, flashlight, etc.
One year for Christmas my mother-in-law gave everyone in my family a 72-hour kit. They are hanging in our garage. That way, if there is some sort of disaster and we need to leave our house suddenly, we can grab them and be on our way. My husband and I were actually in the path of a hurricane once and needed to flee. We were stuck in the car for nearly eight hours with thousands of other people. The Deluxe 72 Hour Kit would have been a nice thing to have with us.

Today Ultimate 72 Hour Kits would like to give away a 2 Person Deluxe Guardian 72 Hour Kit retailed at $89.99 to one lucky winner. In addition, Ultimate 72 Hour Kits is also giving away a Dynamo Lantern to another winner. The incredibly bright dynamo lantern never needs batteries, can charge a cell phone, and has a USB tie which can charge an MP3 player.
I am so excited to let you know that Ultimate 72 Hour Kits is offering Give Away Today readers a DISCOUNT! When placing an order, enter "giveaway" in the redemption code box and you will receive 15% off your entire order!

You can enter to win the Deluxe 72 Hour Kit and lantern from Ultimate 72 Hour Kits up to FOUR times today. This giveaway is only open to those who have a US shipping address.

For one entry, leave your first and last name in a comment.
Example: Jane Doe

For a second entry, please visit Ultimate 72 Kits here, look around, and then come back and in a NEW comment tell us your first and last name and either something you wish Ultimate 72 Hour Kits carried that they do not currently have OR tell us one of their products that you think is a great emergency necessity.
Example: Jane Doe: I have to say I quite liked the Dynamo Lantern. I took it with me to KJZZ 14 to display yesterday and the crew thought it was pretty nifty. All you need to do it crank it up and it shines light--that would be great while camping (or of course, in an emergency)

For a third entry, subscribe receive Give Away Today's monthly newsletter. To subscribe, scroll down and on the right-hand side you will see “Want to Subscribe to Receive our Monthly Newsletter?” Enter your email address. Once you subscribe or if you have already subscribed in the past, you get a third entry. In a NEW comment tell us your first and last name and the words "Subscribed".
Example: Jane Doe: Subscribed

For a fourth entry, in a NEW comment tell us your first and last name and your favorite place to camp (where you could use the Dynamo Lantern) or if you are not a camper, just say "Not a camper".
Example: Jane Doe: My family goes camping at Starvation Reservoir every summer. But if I'm being completely honest, with little ones, we love setting the tent up in the family room for some camping fun (no need to sweep out the tent when you're done).

The winners of the products from Ultimate 72 Hour Kit will be announced Friday, October 2nd. Please visit us tomorrow to see if you are our winner and to discover our new giveaway for the day. Thanks!

P.S. We are giving away photography packages from Utah photographer
Michelle Nowels until October 4th. If you have not yet entered to win, after you have entered to win today's giveaway from Ultimate 72 Hour Kits, please visit here to enter to win a photography session from Michelle Nowels.

Auriette Lindsey - Looking at the site, I see lots of stuff to keep warm, but in the south after a hurricane, you have to keep cool. How about some cold packs for a quick cooldown if someone's getting heat exhaustion? Or if you could find a solar- or dynamo-powered fan, that would come in handy.
