Today, March 13th, we are Giving Away... (PRIZE CLAIMED)

A Personalized Fashion Look Book
from Cardigan Empire

Have you ever wondered what type of swimsuit would look best on your body? Or if those pants you bought back in 2003 are still in style? What about whether or not a certain color makes you “pop”? If so, The Fashion Look Book is here to help.
It will advise YOU on YOU.
And you will be forever grateful.

Personal Fashion Consultant Reachel Bagley of Cardigan Empire is the genius behind the Fashion Look Book. After consulting with Reachel, she will create a Fashion Look Book just for YOU. It will tell you your body type. Which could be:

Or:

Or Perhaps you have:

After revealing your body type, Reachel will then tell you the colors that will look best on you, how to successfully clean out your closet, how to buy a better wardrobe for less, and more.

I received my Fashion Look Book last week and I love it! In order to create my Fashion Look Book, Reachel and I corresponded by email. She asked me questions about my lifestyle and I sent her a couple of pictures of me, my body measurements, and my coloring. In return, Reachel sent me my Fashion Look Book, which tells me the key pieces I should have in my wardrobe. It also suggests shopping hints for purchasing new items, such as jeans, swimming suits, and even the type of brassier that would work best for me. My Fashion Look Book also reminds me to “Make sure no one could mistake you for going to bed or the gym unless that’s where you’re headed.” It includes such great advice, which in the end, means I will buy less because I am buying well.

To read more of Reachel’s smart fashion tips, visit Cardigan Empire here.

So, my advice to you today? Purchase a Fashion Look Book. And when it arrives, sit in a comfy chair, relax, and discover things you never knew about your body, your clothing, your coloring, yourself.

Each person can enter to win the Fashion Look Book up to THREE times today.

For one entry leave your first and last name in a comment.
Example: Jane Doe

For a second entry visit Cardigan Empire’s website here. Read more about the Fashion Look Book. Then come back to Give Away Today and in a NEW comment tell us your first and last name and why you would like your very own Fashion Look Book.
Example: Jane Doe: I have had four children, therefore my body has changed quite a bit in the past decade. It's good to know what will look good on my body now. Reachel also included how many trendy pieces a person my age should wear with each ensemble. This is helpful because I want to look stylish, but not like I'm trying to be a teenager.

For a third entry, because Reachel Bagley is here to help us discover clothing which will allow us to feel more confident, happy, and stylish, let’s take a second to recognize and share some of our fashion mistakes. In a NEW comment tell us your first and last name and describe one of your worst hairstyles or one of your most hideous outfits from the past (one that if you happen upon a picture of it, you cringe or laugh till you cry).
Example: Jane Doe: I had a mullet in 5th grade. And yes, I am a female.
OR
For a third entry in a NEW comment box tell us your first and last name and one of your favorite articles of clothing that you currently own.
Example: Jane Doe: A grey wool coat that my parents bought me for Christmas this year.

The winner of the Fashion Look Book from Cardigan Empire will be announced Monday, March 16th. Please visit us then to see if you are our winner and to check out our new giveaway for the day.

P.S. One of my favorite things about my Fashion Look Book is Reachel’s “Life Tips” for me. Such wise advice. So as we head into the weekend, for your reading pleasure, and perhaps consideration: “Find a way to make everyday special. Don’t save beauty for a distant occasion. Wear a lacy bra, dab on some perfume, use stemware at dinner. Don’t worry if something gets worn out, used up, or broken. It would be a greater tragedy for it to get dusty or forgotten.”

Lisa Rhea Bryant: My most embarrassing look was a haircut my EX mother-in-law gave me. I went from having hair that was extremely long to a short mullet. It was awful. It took me a very long time to grow it out.

Tiffany-Joy Mo: I NEED one of her Fashion Look Books because as a mom of young boys I just don't get to go shopping with the "girls" anymore, a Fashion Look Book would be my personal shopping assistant since my husband is no good in that dept.!

Lorinda Van E. I developed Lipohypertrophy in my belly area during my last pregnancy. Boy do I need help to look better. I hate going shopping because living in a college town and by other college towns, it seems that everything is geared to 19 yr olds or great grandmas. I'm 36 and want to look like the pulled together mother of 6 that I'm trying to be.

All8 said...

Lorinda Van E. My worst fashion choice??? Oh, there are so many to choose from....... Probably the very worst was when I taped my "girls" together trying to create some cleavage, any cleavage, in high school. That was a sure a only once kind of stunt. {{shudder}}

Shanell Stevens: I wore these MC hammer type balloon pants, and had my hair super short and permed, my bangs were feathered, half flipped up, half flipped down. (Wow, 5 grade was so awkward:)

Megan said...

Megan Izatt: I have course, naturally curly/frizzy hair. Three months after I got married I decided to cut it short; I cut about 10 inches off. This took the length of my hair to my chin. Not a good thing for curly/frizzy hair. I remember doing my hair curly and thinking I looked like a poodle! Until it grew out I spent about an hour a day straightening my hair so it wouldn't be curly.

Megan said...

Megan Izatt: I would like a fashion look book because I don't really know my body type. It would be nice to know so that when I go shopping I would have an idea of what to buy. Also, I am not sure what really works any more for my body after pregnancy!

Valerie Barber: My most favorite item from my closet is a pair of brown boots (they're as important to an outfit as the clothing!). I got these boots when I was studying abroad in Paris during college and I love them! They are flat, so they're comfy; they are brown suede, go with everything, unique and simple all at the same time!

I'm a mom of 5 and as such am on a tight budget. Typically our money goes to making sure the kids have clothes that fit them so they look presentable and on occasion, when there is a little $ left over I'll try to stretch it as far as I possibly can at discount stores or on the sales racks. Why would I love a fashion book...to keep me looking good and in style regardless of whether I'm shopping on the sales racks or not!...and to look good for my awesome husband!

Cassie said...

Cassie Balser -
My worst outfit? I guess I'll admit that I had the Michael Jackson Thriller coat in grade school. My sister's still make fun of me.

I need one of these because my wardrobe consists of jeans and t-shirts and my danskos - it is all about comfort for a mom of three and I am afraid to spend money on clothes that might get ruined or that don't wear well or that are a flash in the pan style. The McClellan Clan said...

jocelyn mcclellan: None of you have anything compared to what I went through. My mom cut my hair growing up. I always had a grandma haircut then permed curly. Some times it would grown out and she'd leave the back long and the short top. MULLET style and perm with tight rods on top and tight rods on bottom but spiraled. It wAS the ugliest. And when it was longer. Picture day was a joke. She'd make the bo of my hair flat and the sides all girled up so I looked like princess lia, but not cause it was pulled up but because it was curled like that. And I've been called Barbie Barrett ever since cause she'd stick a HUGE clip in the side of my head. NOT CUTE! EVER

Kizzie said...

Kizzie Westover: When I was younger I had a pair of green tapered jeans with black polka dots all over. I loved those jeans. Thinking back, I know that was wrong. In so many ways!
