Kayte Bug Boutique is Giving Away
a $25.00 Gift Certificate and a $15.00 Gift Certificate

Kayte Bug Boutique has a wide variety of things for little girls such as hairbows:

flower clips and headbands:

diaper and wipes sets:
and my personal favorite, hair bow holders (Kayte Bug Boutique sent me one of these and I love it!) It is so cute and functional. Now I can find all of my girls' hair clips in one convenient location:

Kayte Bug Boutique also has a section just for boys where you can find pacifier holders, bibs, and diaper and wipes sets:

There are also items just for mommy such as hats (like the one in the first image) and interchangeable watch bands. Kayte Bug Boutique does E-parties, which are online parties. You can find all of the informatoin about their E-parties here.

DISCOUNT: Kayte Bug Boutique is offering 15% off for Give Away Today guests. Enter "gat15" in the discount coupon code. This expires Nov. 25th.

Today Kayte Bug Boutique would like to give away two gift vouchers. One for $25 and the other for $15. This giveaway is open to everyone who visits Give Away today, regardless of where you reside. Each person can enter to win up to FOUR times.

For one entry, leave your first and last name in a comment.
Example: Jane Doe

For a second entry, please visit Kayte Bug Boutique here. Look at all of their great products and then return to Give Away Today and in a NEW comment tell us your first and last name and something you would like from Kayte Bug Boutique.
Example: Jane Doe: I could use a cute new hat. Therefore, I would like the Black Distressed Hat found here--and it's only $12.00!!

For a third entry, in a NEW comment tell us your first and last name and a good idea for moms. Whether it's something you do, or something your own mom did, or something a mom you know does, we want to hear about it.
Example: Jane Doe: Okay I'm so excited about the new little trays I bought in which I serve my little ones' lunches. They are those red and white trays in which vendors serve fries, nachos, or popcorn. They are the perfect size (even for my lunch), they have little sides (which prevents spills), the kids think they are so much fun (and so do their friends when they eat over), and you can toss them in the recycle bin when you're done (I'm all about an easy clean-up). You can find them at Costco or Orson Gygi.
P.S. I got this idea from my friend Katie (gotta give credit where credit is due)

For a fourth entry, follow Kayte Bug Boutique's blog here. Once you have done this, return to Give Away Today and in a NEW comment tell us your first and last name and "Follow".
Example: Jane Doe: Follow

The winner of the gift card from Kayte Bug Boutique will be announced tomorrow Tuesday, November 10th. Please visit us then to see if you are our winner and to discover our new giveaway for the day. Thanks!

Becky Jensen: I can never have enough bows for my girls, so I'd love a few of the sheer organza bows.

Becky J. said...

Becky Jensen: I keep a bottle of Shout upstairs in a bathroom cabinet near my girls' bedroom so that the minute their dirty clothes come off them at night, I take them and spray the stains so they don't have a chance to set. I've saved many a cute shirt or outfit by keeping that close at hand and doing it immediately instead of waiting until laundry day when they 'd be permanently stained.

my husband bought me a toy "claw" to keep in the front seat of the van when the kids were small, so that I could easily pick up toys/cups/blankets or whatever fell on the floor and give it back to the child. i have triplets, so this came in QUITE handy when they were toddlers. I still use it on occasion, and they are four. I would have never thought of this on my own, but I LOVE IT!

Lori Ota. My mom uses Vano (starch) for her sheet. I remember as a little girl that whenever my mom changed the bed sheets, it would be stiff and a board. I'm sure she still does it, haven't slept at home since college!

Carley Conger: As much as i love hair stuff for my daughter, I want something for me this time. I would love to get the black and silver watch band with the black face watch. So cute!

Carley said...

Carley Conger: I am not a morning person, and the morning rush to get everyone ready is my worst enemy. I made my kids charts of everything they need to do to get ready in the morning (get dressed, shoes on, breakfast, brush teeth, brush hair, get backpacks) and added a few easy chores as well. Since my kids are still little I use pictures that I found online instead of words. I laminated them and taped them to their bedroom door along with a dry erase marker. Now they can do most of the getting ready themselves with no reminding from me.

Natalie Clark: My kids seem to be allergic to the bathtub and it's always a fight to get them clean. I started adding a few drops of food coloring to the water as it's running (this way it doesn't stain the tub) and they think it's super cool. We did black and green for Halloween, and sometimes I let them drop it in themselves and mix colors. It's a bathtime miracle in our house!

When you are having company - sweet but do not take the time to mop - your floors will need this more after the company.

Beth said...

Beth Jensen: Once my kids start feeding themselves a bib just doesn't do the trick to keep their clothes clean, so I use an old shirt of mine or my husband's. It completely covers their clothes and when they're done, you can just role up all the spills in the shirt then take it off and shake it out over the sink.

Katie Harrison: My mom used poker chips as a reward system for my brother when he was little (he was a bit hyper). When he did chores, he would earn certain-colored poker chips, and then he'd have to spend his money on privileges, like watching tv or playing video games. It taught him responsibility & it worked like a charm!

Summer Walker: I find it very helpful to tell my little blessings what to expect when we go on outings. Especially when we go to the dr. I tell them what all we have to do, what I expect from them, and what they can expect. It helps them have something to look forward to. For example, when my daughter has an appointment my son knows if he behaves well and listens we get a shake on our way home. It has made our trips to the dr easier with something to look forward to. :)

Then I have a cheap and easy snack mix to grab on the go!
